Welcome!
I offer telehealth services by video format, and in-home visit options. Both are convenient for you by avoiding travel time.
I use an integrative approach to treatment using various evidence-based practices to suit each client’s needs. Evidence-based practices are proven techniques that help people make emotional and behavioral changes. In my practice, I utilize techniques that are solution and client focused, incorporating tools from the family of cognitive and behavioral therapies, positive psychology, mindfulness, and other strength based approaches.
Below lists some areas of my comprehensive training and fieldwork:

With extensive life experiences and a decade working with various therapy populations, I can connect with and relate to almost anyone and any issue. We will assess your situation and process your past to set objectives to accomplish your therapy goals. All our problems concern our relationship with ourselves. After working together, you will revitalize that relationship and change your core beliefs about yourself, your situation, and others. You will see the world differently and gain the skills to face the future.
If you're ready for lasting changes, invest in yourself by calling or emailing to discuss how I can help you.
Your first initial call of 30 minutes is free of charge. We'll find out if we are a good fit based on your presenting problem and my areas of expertise.
For my 'me time' I enjoy cycling, playing and working with my two Formosan Mountain dogs, writing fiction and poetry, reading for either professional endeavors, new interests, or for personal enjoyment. I also practice what I preach by using meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, physical-spiritual awareness, and my own support groups and mentors in the field. My goal is to ensure I am mentally and physically healthy not only for my own well-being, but to be accountable and available for my clients.
